Students should be physically fit

Syllabus

Hazards associated with needle sticks and sharps.Types of work where exposure can occur.Where needles/sharps maybe found.Identifying levels of risk.Disposal.Emergency measures and injury reporting.Safe removal with practical session.

Fully Comprehensive notes will be given to all delegates who attend the course

Certification

On satisfactory completion of the course a certificate of competence will be issued that will be valid for 3 years
