Who: warehouse personnel / Site maintenance personnel..Objective: detect easily visible anomalies in the industrial racking..These would be broken down into bands (colours)..GREEN RISK: Deformations - those easily rectified, will no or little disruption to workflow (missing decals, bad housekeeping, painting of beams etc.ORANGE RISK: Deformations more than those indicated above, Actions are required to the racking as soon as possible (4 weeks before scaling up to the red risk)..(damaged beams or pallet breakages, loose goods etc) with some minor disruption to work for short periods (depending on maintenance)...RED RISK: Deformations more than twice those indicated above. Unload and isolate the racking immediately. The damaged component must be replaced..(professionals contacted as soon as possible and area isolated) such as (deformed high-level beams or frames, cracks in the floor, breakage of anchor bolts, etc.).Notes
Fully Comprehensive notes will be given to all delegates who attend the courseCertification
On satisfactory completion of the course a certificate of competence will be issued that will be valid for 3 years
